Sales Associate

Overview:

We’re looking for driven Sales Associates who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience selling SaaS solutions—ideally focused on business management, CRM, project tracking, or unified communication tools. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers and play a critical role in expanding OwlUP’s presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outreach to qualified leads via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Clearly articulate the value of OwlUP’s business management platform to SMB and enterprise customers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closing.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS products (preferably in CRM or business management tools).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with business operations, workflows, and productivity software.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Onboarding Specialist

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Overview:

As an Onboarding Specialist at OwlUP, you will ensure new clients are smoothly and successfully integrated into our platform. You’ll educate, guide, and support customers as they configure their OwlUP environment and begin to realize value from our solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers from kickoff through launch.
  • Guide clients through platform setup, integrations, and user training.
  • Translate client needs into actionable steps to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Collect feedback for continuous onboarding process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles within SaaS.
  • Deep understanding of business processes (sales, operations, HR, or project management).
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to teach complex software concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • Experience with CRM, project management, or workforce collaboration tools.

Account Manager

Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time

Overview:

We're seeking experienced Account Managers to build strong relationships with our clients, drive product adoption, and identify growth opportunities. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor and help customers make the most of OwlUP.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Understand clients’ goals and help them maximize platform usage.
  • Monitor account health and proactively address concerns.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Support teams to advocate for customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management within SaaS.
  • Proven expertise with business management software (CRM, time tracking, HR tools, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills.
  • Passion for building long-term relationships and solving customer problems.
